Abstract submission:

Please only use the provided abstract template for your submission.
Abstract can be submitted either for oral or poster presentation. Please check the corresponding box in the verify abstract submission page. Please note that, after being reviewed, the abstract submitted for oral presentation may be re-assigned as a poster presentation due to the limited availability of the time slot.
Abstract must only be submitted on-line via the conference website.
Accepted abstracts will be available on “Book of Abstracts” (available only on soft file in pdf format).
Abstract must be written in English and does not exceed 200 words.
Abstract can include one photograph/graph/diagram (but no table) but must not exceed one A4 page.

Note:

Users can submit only ONE abstract under ONE registration fee covers a maximum of ONE presentation (oral or poster).

Each registrant can submit only ONE manuscript for publication consideration submission at the conference.

Poster Template:

Poster panel: vertical poster panel, 100 cm wide x 250 cm high.
Recommended poster orientation size: Portrait, A0 size, 84 cm wide x 118 cm high.
There is no fixed template for poster preparation.
Adhesive for Poster setup will be provided.

Registration fees:

The conference site has a limited capacity of 300 registered attendees. Registration is limited to participants with accepted contributions.

Remark:

1. Registration fees include: conference documentation, electronic book of abstracts, access to all conference sessions, access to the pre-conference courses on November 22, all breaks and lunches on conference days, welcome reception, excursion, and banquet dinner.

2. Student rates apply for undergraduate and graduate students only (post-doctoral researchers are excluded). Please upload a copy of the student ID at the time of registration.

3. Developed and developing countries/regions are categorized based on the World Bank income classification. Please refer to the list of Developed Countries / Regions and Developing Countries / Regions for more details.

4. For the accompanying person, meals, coffee break, excursion, and banquet dinner are included. Conference materials will not be provided.

5. Please ensure that all transfer fees shall be paid by the payer.

6. Registration fee is non-refundable.
