As our conference will take place during the Loy Krathong Festival, one of the most popular festivals in Chiang Mai (November 24 - 25), hotel rooms are expected to fill up very quickly. We strongly encourage all participants to reserve their accommodation as early as possible.

- Maximum number of guests is 2 persons per room per night including breakfast.
